6.3 Job Operation in the Image Controller (Image Controller Hold)

Adjusting the Tone Curve
This section explains how to adjust the tone curve of the job.
1 Click the [Image Controller Hold] tab in Job Centro screen.
The [Image Controller Hold] screen appears.
2 Select the job for which the tone curve needs to be adjusted from the list.
The selected job is displayed against a dark background.
% When multiple jobs are selected, tone curves cannot be adjusted.
% When the object job is not found in the list, display the object job in the list by conducting a search
or clearing the search parameters.
3 Click [Tone Curve Adjustment].
The [Tone Curve Adjustment] screen appears.
% Tone curve cannot be adjusted in a job with custom screen settings. In such a case, use Color Cen-
tro to adjust the tone curve and apply it to the job.
4 Adjust the tone curve as necessary.
5 Click [Apply] and apply the adjusted tone curve to the job.
% When the adjusted tone curve is applied to the job, the [Use Job Tone Curve] checkbox under the
[Color Management] tab in the [Print Setting] screen will be checked.
6 Select [Close] from the [File] menu and close the Tone Curve Adjustment screen.
[View] [Previous Page] Displays the previous page.
[Next Page] Displays the next page.
[First Page] Displays the first page.
[Last Page] Displays the last page.
[Rotation (Coun-
ter clockwise)]
Rotates the image 90 degrees counterclockwise.
[Rotation (Clock-
wise)]
Rotates the image 90 degrees clockwise.
[Scale Up] Displays the image enlarged. Enlargement factor can be chosen
from the four steps: x2, x4, x8 and x16.
[Scale Down] Displays the image reduced.
[Display only be-
fore adjustment]
Displays only the image before adjustment.
[Display only after
adjustment]
Displays only the image after adjustment.
[Display before
and after the ad-
justment]
Displays both of the images before and after adjustment.
[Help] [Help] Displays Help.
[Version] Displays the version information of Color Centro.
